Contacts assigned to a screening room also have immediate access via their MediaStore user profile in the Client UI

 

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Screening Rooms
  2. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant screening room
  3. Select Email
  4. Select from your MediaStore contacts in the Recipients field1

    • Contacts assigned during screening room set-up will be added by default, but can be removed

  5. Enter a title for your email in the Subject field
  6. Enter a body of text in the Message field and format with the Message field toolbar
  7. Click Send Email to finish

 

 


1 Only recipients assigned to the screening room have access. Add unassigned recipients to notify stakeholders without granting access.
